This is look towards the front end of the house. As you can see the the yard is not very wide, but it's cute in it's own sort of way.

Side Yard Up
Rear of the house
This is from the top of the driveway on the back of the house. The fence to the right goes to the small side yard. The driveway is plenty big enough for two cars if not more. One of the concerns we have is the lack of drainage away from the house. If you click on the picture and make it larger you can see the water damage to the siding towards the bottom of the house.
Garage
Bonus/ Office Space
Bonus Room
This is the bonus room as you can see it's pretty small. The door to the right leads out to the garage. This room also contians the washer and dryer which are to the left of M.
Kitchen
The kitchen is real nice, it's got what looks like a new dishwasher. The stove is like ours a glass flat cooking surface. The fridge looks like it's barely been used. I went to all the faucets and checked the water pressure which is pretty good. The sink also has a garbage disposal in it which is pretty cool.
View from the front door.

Second Bedroom
Hall Way
Here your looking down the hallway to the bedrooms and the bath room. At the end of the very short hall there's a linen closet. To the right of the closet is the master bedroom and to the left of the closet is the 2nd bedroom. Then the door closest to me on the left side of the hall is the bathroom. As you can see the walls need some painting, and the ceiling needs some cleaning from the fireplace.
1610 Grant - Entery Way/ Living Room
This is the living room. The door there is the front door, which actually masquerades as the side door due to how the house is situated on the property. To the right is a small fire place, that if we were to decide to get the house we might switch out for a gas stove. There are three types of heating methods in this house. The first is the fireplace, second baseboard heaters, third forced air heat. Who knows why there are so many, I guess they never wanted to get cold.
